Sure SF has its techies and historical ties to the counterculture era of the 60s, but Berkeley has a weird world of its own to boast about.

Berkeley is hyper-liberal, culturally diverse, young, hip, and isn’t nearly as gender lopsided as say San Francisco or Man Jose.

In other words, it’s not a bad place to dive into the dating pool.

But a dynamic, vibrant city, plus a 50-50 gender ratio isn’t enough to make dating in Berkeley easy.

In this way she (and soon you) was able to refine what she was looking for, improve her dating skills, gain confidence, and understand what works and what doesn’t work while dating and in the early stages of a relationship.

Her findings were used to create the dating program, Dating Decoded which she and her team now teach to students in the Berkeley area (and beyond).

At the end of her experiment, Emyli found Tom, her partner and co-founder of emlovz.

It was a fairytale story, but Emyli didn’t want to keep this fairytale formula to herself.

Let’s break down the kind of dates you should go on.

First Dates – 1-hour time limit, $20 limit. If you’re MegaDating you’re going on various dates a week. You don’t have the time or the funds to spend on all these women right?
