So you are in your late 20’s, 30’s or 40’s eh? Sure it feels good to get your morning coffee, go to work, grab a drink with a friend, then close out the night watching Modern Family. I get it – people love their routines. NOT! It’s time to stop these routines. Instead of heading over to Crunch Fitness like you always do- go sign up for a Yoga Class at The Pad Studios. You’ll be around all new people and might run in to that hottie you met a couple weeks ago at your friends birthday party. When you find yourself in the same old routine…break it.

Trust me, I’ve had my stints in the bar world. It’s fun and you can meet and find a lot of new people and dating prospects.

But let’s face facts…it’s not easy to keep a relationship with a random you met while you were drunk at your neighborhood bar. If you can’t remember his or her name in the morning there is a 95% chance it won’t work. Just cut your bar time in 1/2 and spend more time in the gym, at a salsa class, or a cooking class.
