Why Feeling Worthy Will Help You Attract Any Woman

Why Feeling Worthy Will Help You Attract Any Woman?

How does feeling worthy help you attract women? If you believe that you’re awesome, there’s a high chance that other people are going to believe it too. Without even saying a word, exuding a high sense of self-worth tells women the following:

  • You are successful and secure
  • You are strong and reliable
  • You are NOT desperate and a woman won’t need to worry about coddling you if she finds herself in a romantic relationship with you
  • You are likely attracting several women, which stimulates an unconscious desire in a woman’s mind to compete for your affections
  • You’re fun to be around

If you’re struggling with self-worth and notice it hindering your dating life, I’m here to help! Below, I have included some examples, strategies, and reasons why feeling worthy can help you attract women. At the end of this article, I will also include the BEST dating strategy that will leave you feeling worthy of love, energized, and ready to find the woman of your dreams.

Example: The Axe Effect

You know those Axe commercials that show men attracting throngs of women simply by dabbing on the product? Researchers put the Axe effect to the test. In the study, women were asked to rate men based on their attractiveness —  some of the men were wearing Axe deodorant and others weren’t. More women rated the men wearing Axe as being attractive, but here’s the kicker: the women COULDN’T smell them. They were shown video clips of the men and rated them based on a recording.

Researchers concluded that it wasn’t the deodorant that made the men more attractive. Rather, it was the fact that the men wearing the deodorant felt more confident based on their belief that a deodorant made them more attractive.

Strategy: Work it (Out)

Exercise is a great way to improve your health, look better, and feel more attractive. Working out releases chemical messengers known as endorphins. Endorphins decrease pain, alleviate anxiety and can improve your self-esteem. Working out is also a great way to increase energy and improve concentration, which can make you more successful in your daily life.

But be wary of overexercising. According to studies published in the International Journal of Allied Health Sciences and Practices, low- to moderate-intensity exercises seemed to have the most positive effect on self-esteem.

Strategy: Find Your Inner Zen

Taking some time for introspection can significantly improve your sense of worth. There are a few different ways you can zen out and improve your self-esteem.

Meditation

Along with things like yoga, meditation has gained popularity over the past few years. Meditation classes are popping up all over the place, including several places here in the Bay Area. But why exactly are people flocking to spend money to sit in silence?

Meditation isn’t just about sitting around and doing nothing, and it’s also not about pushing away unwanted thoughts. It is bringing your attention to the present moment and allowing the mind to open. Although it may seem simple, this holistic practice can reduce health issues, increase your lifespan, and do wonders for your confidence. Healthine cited several science-based benefits of meditation, such as:

  • Reduced stress and anxiety
  • Improved emotional health
  • Better self-awareness
  • Better sleep
  • Pain reduction
  • Potential reduction of addictions, such as alcoholism and food addiction

Taking a meditation class can be a great way to get started, but you can meditate anywhere and at any time. Google “meditation” and you can find tons of videos and apps to help you get your meditation on.

Yoga

Yoga is another great way to improve your health and your confidence along the way. Yoga involves elements of meditation and also a variety of poses to help connect the mind and body. According to Psychology Today, practicing yoga for just a few minutes a day can significantly improve self-esteem.

Get Better Sleep

It probably comes as no surprise that a lack of sleep can make you overly sensitive. And this sensitivity and irritability can lead to bad interactions with others, which in turn can negatively affect your self-esteem. Conversely, getting a good night’s sleep can leave you refreshed, improve your cognitive skills, increase positive interactions with other, and lead to a greater sense of self-worth.

Healthy Place offers the following tips if you’re having trouble sleeping:

  • Decrease caffeine intake
  • Take “mindfulness breaks” at work that include a brief meditation
  • Give yourself one hour before bedtime to “wind down” by listening to a guided meditation
  • Avoid things like television, iPhones, tablets and other electronics before bed, as these can keep you up at night
  • Sleep in a room that is cool, cozy and dark. Make sure you have plenty of comfy blankets and pillows to help ease you into slumber

Reason: Feeling Worthy Puts Women at Ease

feeling worthy

While you may be sitting across from a woman feeling insecure, you may not realize that your insecurity is actually adding to her discomfort. Women are nurturers, so when we see that someone is upset about not feeling worthy, our natural inclination is to make that person feel better.

I have been in dating situations and talked to other women in dating situations where they felt like they constantly had to reassure a guy that he was great, or “doing just fine” when he started down a spiral of negative self-talk. Have you ever found yourself saying one of these things on a date or in a relationship?

  • I’m SO nervous right now
  • Sorry, I always do this
  • Ugh, I’m such an idiot
  • I’m just not very good at this

Dating is supposed to be FUN, and women don’t want to feel like they need to spend a date coddling somebody. The old adage about nice guys finishing last isn’t true — it’s actually the self-deprecating guys that finish last.

Strategy: Smile

Even during times that you’re not feeling worthy, the simple act of smiling can improve your confidence.

When you smile, hormones like serotonin and dopamine are released (both are neurotransmitters, which is what alleviates pain and makes you happy during exercise). This chemical release sends signals to your brain that are pleasurable, so smiling can actually “trick” you into being happy, even if you’re feeling down in the dumps.

The feelings of happiness that come with smiling can actually lead to several health benefits, such as:

  • Improved immunity
  • Decreased blood pressure
  • A longer lifespan

Along with showing off your pearly whites, kick your confidence up a couple more notches by laughing and remembering to not take yourself so seriously. Women love a man with a sense of humor and showing that you know how to tickle some funny bones is a sign of self-worth.

What’s one example of putting this into practice? Smiling and laughing at yourself during a faux pas or embarrassing moment can be a great way to turn a potentially nightmarish situation into something that can actually earn you some extra brownie points in the dating world. Suppose you end up spilling your drink and/or dropping your silverware on the date.

Your kneejerk reaction may be to let out a groan and bury your head in your hands. But now all you’ve done is exacerbated the situation and left your date feeling uncomfortable.

What you should do instead is offer a wink and a smile and say, “Yeah…I meant to do that,” or “Just wanted to make sure you were paying attention.” Give a chuckle, clean up any mess and move on.

Reason: Self-Worth Signals Success

If you exude confidence, women will automatically think you are successful, secure and on top of the ball. And women love when a man can be successful in his professional and personal life.

Think about the most successful people you know — do they appear to suffer from any type of self-doubt? No. Feeling worthy involves believing — or projecting a belief —  that people would be crazy not to want you.

Final Strategy For Why Feeling Worthy Will Help You Attract Any Woman: Megadating

Whether you’re worried about not being worthy of a relationship or being worthy of a girlfriend, megadating is the ultimate dating strategy to help you get out of your dating rut. It will improve your self-esteem, make you more desirable to gorgeous, high-value women, and eliminate the stress and agony of rejection.

I used this strategy to find a long-term relationship and it’s what led me to my career as a dating coach. Megadating involves dating multiple women at one time. By using this strategy, you won’t get hung up on one woman at a time, rejection will be easier to handle, and you’ll exude a greater sense of self-worth.
