Tip #3: Use a Good TDL to Secure a Date

If you’re having difficulty getting women to say “yes” to a date with you, you may be wondering exactly how to attract women by keeping your calendar full when there’s nothing on your calendar.

If that’s the case, you need to use a good TDL.

A TDL is an acronym used to describe the three critical components of a date request’s call-to-action, the time, the date, and the location of the date. The “T” in TDL stands for the “Time” the date will take place. When asking for a date, you must give a woman the time you’d like to meet with her so that she knows whether she is available at that time or not. The “D” in TDL stands for the “Date.” When asking for a date, you must give a woman the date you’d like to meet her on so that she knows whether she is available on that date. The “L” in TDL stands for the “Location.” When asking for a date, you must give a woman the location you’d like to meet her at so that she knows whether or not she can meet you at that location.

Here’s an example: “Meet me at the Redwood Room bar inside the Clift Hotel at 3pm on Saturday.”

Giving her a specific plan takes all the guesswork out of whether or not the date is on, i.e., it avoids the back-and-forth that can occur with people checking their schedules and then trying to figure out an idea together.

A TDL is also extremely chivalrous because it takes into account that ladies need to do a considerable amount more of pre-date prep when it comes to getting ready. Before a date, a woman needs to a few or all of the following things:

• Get a manicure, pedicure or both
• Pick out an outfit
• Fix her hair or get her hair done if it’s been a while
• Do her makeuph
• Shave her legs

Many of my male clients have come to me wondering why they get zero responses on dating apps or can’t seem to get a woman to say “yes” when they ask a her out on a date. More often than not, these guys are not using a TDL, which ends up hindering their chances of attracting women and ultimately keeping their calendar full.

Tip #4: Use These Guidelines for the First Three Dates

If you’re still wondering how to attract women by keeping your calendar full, a rule of thumb I always go by is to have the first three dates with any one person follow this formula:

• First date: Choose something that won’t cost you more than $15. 
• Second date: Choose something active and free. Most local tourism websites and newspapers will have a calendar of free events that are unique to your area. If you’re on social media, platforms like Facebook have local event listings as well.

Using this type of formula ensures that you won’t break the bank when MegaDating and it also gives you a variety of options time-wise (i.e., you’re not in a routine of dating always taking place 6pm or later) to help keep your calendar full.

But online dating is far from the only way you can meet high-quality women. Other than online dating, people often refer to the bar scene as their top place to go to meet potential matches.

Although I am all for finding a connection when you’re out at a bar, it’s not the only place to meet women and it also isn’t necessarily the best place to meet women.

Keep in mind that women get hit on at bars a lot. This is a place where you may be more likely to receive a rude response to your approach because that particular woman may have just been hit on a few times already and is just over it at that point.

You’re also more likely to meet an alcoholic woman at a bar. Yes, bars attract all walks of life and getting rowdy on a weekend is all well and good. But the point is, this is a risk you run. And if a woman is an alcoholic, she shouldn’t be dating anyone until addressing the problem.

Along with online dating websites, you can meet women at things like speed dating events (there’s plenty of stuff like this on Eventbrite), adult sports leagues and events set up by friends.
